Job Summary

As a Credit Cards and Unsecured Lending Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining accurate customer account information. Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels, providing accurate and timely information about account balances, interest rates, charges, and statement requests

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of credit customer service industry practices and regulatory guidelines
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information, ensuring that all records are complete and accurate
  • Develop a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, as well as relevant industry practices and regulatory guidelines
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

* High School Diploma or equivalent experience

  • 1 Year of related experience in customer service, preferably in the credit or financial services industry
  • Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to deal professionally with customer issues, problems, and questions
  • Strong research skills, with the ability to identify and evaluate relevant information
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, including excellent phone skills and the ability to document calls and account activity clearly
  • Proficiency in PC skills, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Availability to work a variable schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred, but not required
