Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Associate, your primary focus will be on providing exceptional support to our clients through our Live Chat channel. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing world-class customer service to corporate clients, individual customers, and partner drivers via Live Chat
  • Handling, investigating, and resolving customer concerns and complaints in a timely and effective manner
  • Attending to enquiries, educating customers, and ensuring first contact resolution
  • Interacting with our Driver Operations & Finance team on a regular basis to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Recording details of enquiries, comments, or complaints to maintain accurate records
  • Providing proactive, clear, and efficient support to our users and drivers by answering their questions and utilizing the right methods and tools

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree or college experience, with a preference for those with a background in customer service, contact centers, or BPO
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, with a focus on resolving complex issues and providing exceptional support
  • Proficiency in German and English, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive, customer-oriented attitude with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Target-driven, adaptable, and able to handle a fast-paced environment, multitask, and solve problems effectively
  • Willingness to work flexible shift schedules, including early mornings and public holidays
  • Computer literacy, with experience using Google, spreadsheets, and instant messaging tools
