As a Customer Order Management Representative II, you'll play a vital role in our E-business, order fulfillment team, working closely with customers to ensure seamless order processing and timely fulfillment.

Job Summary:

We're seeking an experienced Customer Order Management Representative II to join our team for a temporary contract position of 2-2.5 months. As a key member of our order fulfillment team, you'll be responsible for releasing customer orders, managing license blocks, and sending emails to customers. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, working with a talented team of professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with the E-business, order fulfillment team to release customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

  • Manage license blocks and delivery blocks, ensuring seamless order fulfillment.
  • Send emails to customers, providing updates on order status and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Work closely with customers to resolve any queries or concerns, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Utilize SAP software to manage orders and track customer interactions.
  • Participate in remote training and onboarding, developing your skills and knowledge in customer order management.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, management, or a related field).

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, order management, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP software and experience using it to manage orders and track customer interactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in the medical devices industry or a related field.

  • Knowledge of order management software and systems.
  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
