2026 Private Capital Analyst
MetLife Investment Management is a leading financial services company offering a chance to be part of a team driving impact in global markets. The 2026 Private Capital Analyst will support the Private Capital team by producing reports, conducting analysis, and assisting with investment recommendations while collaborating with senior team members.
Responsibilities
- Reporting, analysis, presentations, and ad hoc portfolio-related projects, as well as providing support for the more senior members of the team
- Producing daily, weekly, and monthly reports to effectively manage and report on portfolio performance and risk
- Support writing investment recommendations with due diligence support for transactions
- Monitoring of market movements with industry and company research and communication with portfolio companies
- Portfolio and credit monitoring
Skills
- Bachelor's degree with an expected graduation date of December 2025 and June 2026
- Master's and other advanced degrees are ineligible
- Demonstrated interest in finance / economics
- A strong work ethic, personal and professional integrity, and be able to adapt to new challenges in a dynamic environment while handling multiple projects
- Must be able to work independently and in a team environment, remaining detail-oriented and client-focused
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and feel comfortable interacting with management-level professionals
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for immigration sponsorship, now or at any point in the future
