The Finance, Payments and Accounts Assistant position at GroWrk Remote will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, analyzing financial data, and providing administrative support. The ideal candidate should have a strong attention to detail and proficiency in financial and accounting systems.

Responsibilities

  • Recording and analyzing financial data to ensure accuracy and compliance.

  • Providing administrative support including data entry, filing, and email correspondence.

  • Reviewing partner invoices and preparing disbursements.

  • Generating financial reports and summaries for analysis.

  • Maintaining internal accounting ledgers and reconciling statements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting (strong preference); other related degrees may be considered with relevant experience.

  • 1-2 years of experience in accounting or related fields.

  • Proficiency in financial and accounting systems.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, Bill.com).

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.

  • Accounts Payable experience in a multi-country or international environment.

  • Familiarity with remote finance workflows and tools is a plus.
