Retail Sales Associate / Cashier
Join our dynamic team at Hobby Lobby as a Retail Sales Associate / Cashier! We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to enhance customer experiences, manage transactions, and support day-to-day store operations. As a vital part of our team, your responsibilities will include:
- Operating cash registers and processing payments, both cash and card.
- Providing exceptional customer service and assisting shoppers with their purchases.
- Restocking shelves and organizing merchandise to ensure a tidy shopping environment.
- Setting up engaging product displays and seasonal decorations.
- Unloading shipments and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the store.
- Guiding customers in locating craft supplies, home décor, and framing orders.
This role not only offers competitive hourly pay ranging from $14 to $18 for part-time and up to $18 to $22 for full-time associates, but it also includes opportunities for holiday pay, overtime, and performance-based raises.
