Your Role

As a Customer Project Manager, you'll be responsible for managing multiple implementations across various stages of the healthcare continuum. Your projects will involve IT solutions, capital equipment installation, and systems integration, ensuring a seamless customer experience guided by the statement of work. You'll lead and motivate a diverse team of internal and external resources, including Sales, Clinical, and Technical teams, in collaboration with hospital project managers or points of contact.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage multiple implementations with varying scope, size, and complexity, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction

  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams, including internal and external resources, to achieve project goals
  • Ensure site readiness and adherence to project timelines, providing daily updates on project status and activities
  • Travel up to 75% of the time within the New England and Eastern NY zone, covering a diverse range of healthcare facilities and projects
  • Collaborate with hospital project managers or points of contact to ensure successful project outcomes

You're the Right Fit If:

* You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management and IT Integration within a Healthcare Environment, preferably in areas like Healthcare Information Technology, Patient Monitoring, Telemetry, or Nursing Informatics

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or an equivalent field
  • You possess robust leadership skills, with the ability to influence across all project resources and stakeholders, and excellent interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills
  • You reside in New England and are willing to travel up to 75% within the market
  • You can successfully perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements for this position, with or without accommodation

How We Work Together

At arenaflex, we believe that we're better together than apart. Our office-based teams work in-person at least 3 days a week, while onsite roles require full-time presence in our facilities. Field roles, like this one, are most effectively done outside of our main facilities, generally at customers' or suppliers' locations.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The pay range for this position in CT, MA, or NY is $98,280 to $157,248. The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. In addition to your base salary, you'll be eligible to participate in our comprehensive Total Rewards benefits program, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement, and much more.
