What You Will Do

As an Experienced Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:

• Answering incoming requests via phone, email, and chat
• Assisting our customers on questions about our electronic reservation book, our website, or app
• Putting yourself in the customer's shoes and providing the most suitable answer or solution according to their specific needs

Who You Are

We're looking for a talented and passionate individual who:

• Is based in Barcelona
• Has a native level of German and is fluent in English. Speaking more languages is always welcome!
• Is an open-minded person with a high level of communication skills
• Cares about customer needs and always tries to make their experience unique and satisfactory
• Has knowledge in CRM tools
• Has experience in a customer support environment
