The Role

As a Data Entry Crew Manager, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. You'll be responsible for:

• Entering and reviewing basic data, including lists, records, and digital forms
• Assigning and tracking tasks for a small team of 3-5 teen data entry workers
• Ensuring all data is accurate and deadlines are met
• Reporting weekly progress to a senior remote coordinator
• Helping new hires understand basic tools and task flow

Your Responsibilities

* Enter and review basic data to ensure accuracy and completeness

• Assign tasks to team members and track progress to ensure deadlines are met
• Organize team spreadsheets and reports to facilitate efficient data management
• Report weekly progress to a senior remote coordinator, highlighting successes and areas for improvement
• Help new hires understand basic tools and task flow, providing guidance and support as needed
• Collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve data entry processes
