Position Overview:

We are currently seeking experienced Customer Support Representatives to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service to arenaflex members by handling inquiries, resolving concerns, and offering guidance on our products and services. Key Responsibilities:

Member Assistance:

Respond promptly to inbound calls, emails, or live chats from members seeking product information, order assistance, or service details.

Communication:
