Job Summary
As an Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Associate at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in supporting our pharmacy operations and customer service teams. You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently processing customer transactions, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and customers. This is a remote position, and you will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to patients and customers, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Accurately and efficiently process customer transactions, including ringing up sales, handling returns and exchanges, and processing voids and discounts
- Manage inventory levels, including receiving and stocking shipments, and maintaining accurate records of stock levels and inventory movements
- Utilize arenaflex's pharmacy systems to enter patient and medication data, fill prescriptions, and verify medication accuracy
- Collaborate with our pharmacy team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices and regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's standards for quality and safety
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., pharmacy, healthcare administration, business)
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or healthcare environment, preferably in a pharmacy or customer service role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

- PTCB certification or registration
- Experience with inventory management and stock control
