Job Overview
As a Voice Data Entry Agent, you'll be responsible for participating in both voice and non-voice tasks, managing inbound and outbound communications, validating information provided by third-party sources, and executing enrichment tasks as outlined in client training. You'll also perform data entry, vendor resource verifications, and board certifications, including follow-ups with various state boards for status updates. Your prompt and high-caliber execution of assignments will be essential in ensuring the quality of our data enrichment services.
Key Responsibilities
* Participate in both voice and non-voice tasks as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage inbound and outbound communications with professionalism and respect, building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Validate information provided to our clients by third-party sources using online databases to guarantee precision and accuracy.
