Job Summary

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing a positive customer experience. You'll work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, wearing a headset, managing incoming calls, and working on a computer to process and troubleshoot transactions in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to telephone inquiries regarding customer promotions, research eligibility requirements, troubleshoot issues customers have self-registering, standalone toll-free calls, and out-of-franchise long-distance service and billing questions.

  • Provide empathetic and effective support to customers, handling stressful and upset callers with professionalism and poise.
  • Work on a computer to process and troubleshoot transactions in a timely manner while providing a positive customer experience.
  • Manage incoming calls, prioritize tasks, and meet productivity and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service.

Requirements

* Must be 18 years of age.

  • Must have a GED or High School Diploma.
  • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer service environment.

  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills.
