Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our healthcare organization by:

• Reviewing and analyzing a high volume of medical evaluations to ensure accuracy and attention to detail
• Accurately entering data into our existing database, utilizing Microsoft Dynamics for data management
• Communicating effectively with internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration and customer satisfaction
• Maintaining strict confidentiality and handling sensitive information with care, adhering to our high standards of data protection
• Decoding and understanding medical terminology used in evaluations, demonstrating a strong understanding of medical concepts
• Performing data entry tasks with precision and attention to detail, ensuring high accuracy and efficiency
• Utilizing Microsoft tools, including Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word, to manage data and communicate effectively

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, experience in reading and understanding medical terminology and shorthand is highly preferred. If you have a background in education or the university sector, you'll find this opportunity particularly appealing.

Details of the Position

* Location: Remote

• Start Date: Monday, January 6th
• Duration: 6-8 weeks
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time
• Available shifts: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Proven experience in data entry, with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal teams
• Experience managing email correspondence and organizing files effectively
• High accuracy in typing and data entry tasks, with a strong understanding of data management principles
