The Role
As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service via phone and email. You will provide accurate information about new bookings, rebooking's, and cancellation options for air and rail travel, hotel bookings, and more. Your goal will be to find solutions for each individual customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide top-notch customer service via phone and email
- Offer accurate information about new bookings, rebooking's, and cancellation options for various travel and hotel services
- Find solutions for each customer to ensure their journey runs smoothly
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers
Requirements:
* Fluency in Danish and a good command of English
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and resolution
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility and adaptability in a hybrid remote and on-site work setting
