Position Overview

As a Customer Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support experiences to our clients' customers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Qualifying callers for programs, products, or services through outbound and inbound calls
  • Providing appointment scheduling, insurance lead qualification, patient recruitment, and medical appointment setting services
  • Utilizing your excellent verbal and written communication skills to build strong relationships with customers
  • Demonstrating a working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
  • Adapting to a fast-changing environment and prioritizing tasks effectively
  • Collaborating with our team to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems, including Google Chrome
  • Ability to demonstrate product knowledge once the nesting period is complete
  • Adaptability in a fast-changing environment
  • Ability to work independently in a quiet workspace
  • Own a computer at home (cannot be a Chromebook, Notebook, or MacBook)
  • Webcam
  • Internet access
