Job Summary:

We're looking for a passionate and knowledgeable individual who is eager to represent our imaging and print brand as a face of arenaflex. As a Brand Representative and Live Chat Support Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering outstanding customer service, building relationships in-store, and providing expert knowledge of our products and services. Your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to delivering exceptional service will be instrumental in ensuring a positive experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

As a Brand Representative and Live Chat Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers via chat to provide prompt, polite, and informative support, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience.
  • Maintaining a deep understanding of the company's products, services, and policies to provide accurate and comprehensive assistance, addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Providing reports on chats handled to give us a better insight into customer and query trends, enabling us to refine our services and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Training in-store staff to a level where they feel confident in demonstrating the brand's products and services when you are not around, ensuring a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
  • Collaborating with the team to develop and implement strategies to enhance customer engagement and loyalty, driving business growth and success.

Key Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • Proven experience as a Live Chat Operator or Customer Service Representative, with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of grammar and spelling, enabling you to effectively engage with customers and communicate complex information.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, allowing you to resolve customer issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • A genuine passion for photography, videography, and/or print, with a deep understanding of the imaging and print industry.
  • A customer-focused mindset, with a genuine enthusiasm for providing outstanding service and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Adaptability, patience, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive attitude and big personality.
  • Ability to learn quickly and a drive for self-development, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities.
  • Valid Driving License with the ability to travel all over the country when required, ensuring you can represent the brand at various events and locations.
