What You'll Do

As a Full Stack Data Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing data analysis and insights to support business decisions and drive growth
  • Developing and maintaining complex data models and reports to inform business strategies
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement data-driven solutions
  • Analyzing large datasets to identify trends and patterns, and developing recommendations to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
  • Creating and maintaining dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics
  • Developing and implementing data visualization tools to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Collaborating with data scientists and engineers to design and implement data pipelines and architectures
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in data analysis and visualization, preferably in a contact center or customer service environment
  • Strong skills in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Excel
  • Experience with data modeling and machine learning techniques, including regression analysis and predictive modeling
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Experience with data governance and data quality principles, including data validation and data cleansing
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and develop recommendations for improvement

Preferred Qualifications

* A graduate degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering

  • Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or SAS
  • Experience with data warehousing and business intelligence tools such as Amazon Redshift or Microsoft SQL Server
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as D3.js or Matplotlib
  • Certification in data analysis or visualization, such as Certified Data Analyst (CDA) or Certified Analytics Professional (CAP)
