Job Overview

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, resolving customer issues, and maintaining a clean and safe working environment. You will work in a designated retail location, assisting customers with their orders, processing returns, and preparing packages for delivery. You will also be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site, and using technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort and prepare orders.

Key Responsibilities

* Receive, pick, and stow customer orders, process returns, and prepare for delivery

• Assist customers with questions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
• Work through problem-solving scenarios for customers, using your critical thinking skills to find solutions
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace, adhering to arenaflex's high standards for customer service and safety
• Manage responsibilities for a Locker+ location, including opening and closing the site, and using technology to sort and prepare orders
• Use technology such as smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
• Receive truck deliveries and ensure that packages are properly stored and prepared for customer pickup

Requirements

* 18 years or older with the ability to understand and adhere to all job requirement and safety guidelines in English

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 49 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts lasting up to five hours, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
• Ability to go up and down stairs (where applicable)
• Availability to work part-time between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 9:30 p.m. with schedules varying week to week
