Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be the face of our company, interacting with customers to resolve their queries, concerns, and issues in a timely and professional manner. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving complaints, and escalating complex issues to senior team members. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, efficient, and effective.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed
  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve processes
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate and informed responses to customers

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, customer service) preferred

  • 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
