Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Hybrid Remote Customer Support Analyst to join our team in Columbia, SC. As a Hybrid Remote Customer Support Analyst, you'll work in a collaborative office environment three days a week, blending the flexibility of remote work with the vibrancy of a dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional support to our customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction by resolving technical and complex inquiries related to operational systems efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries regarding complex products and services, providing timely and effective solutions

  • Participate in training for new business applications, staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends
  • Maintain stringent quality control and dedication to operational and technical support, ensuring seamless customer experiences
  • Resolve issues in collaboration with partners, leveraging your strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities

Essential Qualifications

* Associate Degree in Business or technical field, or equivalent professional experience

  • Prior experience in a customer support or call center environment, ideally involving PC hardware and software, mainframe, and client-server systems
  • Certification as a Help Desk Professional preferred
  • Annual HIPAA certification required
  • Strong customer service orientation, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
