Job Summary

arenaflex is excited to announce openings for Workforce Management (WFM) – Customer Support roles. As a WFM Specialist in Customer Support at arenaflex, you will be responsible for optimizing workforce management processes to enhance customer satisfaction and employee performance. Your primary focus will be on forecasting demand, managing scheduling, and monitoring service levels to ensure we meet and exceed our customers' expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Analyze data to identify trends and patterns that affect customer service operations

  • Develop strategies to improve performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and overall customer satisfaction scores
  • Collaborate with various departments to forecast demand, manage scheduling, and monitor service levels

Essential Qualifications
