Your Impact

As a Logistics Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our organization, interacting with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures. Your role will be to provide top-notch customer service, handle inquiries with care, and resolve issues efficiently. You'll be part of a collaborative and engaging environment where you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills.

Responsibilities

* Handle and respond to all customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Provide excellent customer service through active listening, empathy, and problem-solving
• Work with confidential customer information and maintain the highest level of discretion
• Aim to resolve issues on the first call by being proactive and resourceful
• Appropriately communicate with customers, ensuring clear understanding and satisfaction
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experiences
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to customers

Qualifications

* 6 months of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

• Over 18 years of age
• Ability to type 25 wpm
• High School Graduate or GED
• Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
• Proven oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* 6 months of call center experience

• Logical problem-solving skills
• Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• Ability to use Windows operating systems
• Organization and work prioritization skills
