Key Responsibilities

As a Delivery Station Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer support via phone and email, ensuring that customers receive accurate and timely information about their deliveries
• Conducting real-time investigations to identify and resolve delivery issues, working closely with our Delivery Service Partners to ensure seamless communication and resolution
• Communicating with customers to confirm delivery details, prevent delays, and arrange for re-delivery when necessary
• Acting as an interface between our customers and Delivery Service Partners, identifying potential root causes and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Working variable hours to match customer demand, including day shifts, weekends, and national holidays

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum age of 18 years old
• The right to work in the Netherlands
• Strong communication skills in Dutch (written and oral fluency, minimum C1 level)
• Strong communication skills in German (written and oral fluency, minimum C1 level)
• Good communication skills in English (written and oral fluency)
• Intermediate computer literacy
• Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 11:00 am to 7:30 pm
• Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (weekends, overtime, and national holidays)

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field
