Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a variety of roles, including:

• Greeting customers and providing exceptional customer service
• Running the register and handling cash transactions

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• A strong desire to provide exceptional customer service
• The ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and occasionally lift and carry up to 60 pounds
• The ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours and perform other physical tasks as required
• A high school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

• Retail and customer service experience
• Sales associate or cashiering experience
• A motivation to advance in their career
• A willingness to learn and have fun!
