Schedule and Work Environment

As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll work on our 1st shift, which typically runs from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. You'll be working remotely, which means you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home or office. arenaflex is committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that allows our employees to thrive and reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative I, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and addressing their concerns in a timely and professional manner. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Validating the ship-to and replenishment locations of orders with sales and operations partners
  • Ensuring the accuracy of PO (Bill Only, Ship and Bills, GHX, and other future EDI platforms) entry, pushing back where necessary
  • Checking and validating the accuracy of incoming surgery product usage cases
  • Providing phone support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals
  • Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken
  • Providing proactive updates on order status to accelerate the billing process
  • Supporting the Sales Department by providing answers to questions generated by telephone, emails, and fax, researching responses with sales
  • Building relationships with hospital billing specialists and supporting surgery product usage questions to accelerate the billing process, following up to collect purchase orders and clarify discrepancies
  • Supporting Sales Reps in case of product usage pricing or discrepancies

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or GED
  • Two (2) years of relevant work experience

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

  • Experience as an account representative
  • Experience with Oracle

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive salary and bonus structure, as well as a comprehensive benefits package. Our compensation and benefits package includes:

  • Competitive salary range: $19.58 - $32.04 per hour, plus bonus eligible
