Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch calls to technicians and clients, ensuring efficient and effective communication
  • Manage data entry of client information, payments, and confidential information with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless operations, providing support and assistance as needed
  • Maintain a positive and professional demeanor in a fast-paced office environment
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and industry developments to provide exceptional service

Essential Qualifications:

* Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or a related field
