MultiLife Reporting Specialist
Pacific Life is a leading insurance company committed to providing support and resources for its policyholders. The Operations Reporting Specialist role involves producing operational reports, ensuring data accuracy, and maintaining documentation while collaborating with various internal teams to support reporting needs.
Responsibilities
- Produce and distribute standard and ad hoc Multilife and Inforce operational reports
- Validate data accuracy, reconcile discrepancies, and investigate data issues
- Respond to internal inquiries related to reporting definitions, trends, and anomalies
- Support escalation resolution by gathering data and providing operational insight
- Maintain reporting documentation, definitions, and process references
- Collaborates with Operations, Technology, and Account Management partners
- Ensure service expectations and commitments are met consistently
Skills
- 0–2 years of operations, reporting, or analytical experience
- Attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes
- Experience performing structured reporting and operational support work
- Ability to effectively use established reporting processes, tools, and controls to deliver accurate, reliable results
- Demonstrated judgment in identifying when to resolve issues independently and when to escalate complex or ambiguous items appropriately
- College degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong Excel/data analysis skills preferred
