Broad River Retail is one of the largest and fastest-growing independently owned Ashley licensees. They are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Contract Recruiter responsible for sourcing candidates and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience to support the Talent Acquisition department's recruiting efforts.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing innovative and strategic methods to source, evaluate, and ultimately hire external talent
  • Continuous learning and development to be an expert in the business you serve
  • Maintain robust pipeline of candidates while ensuring a quality candidate experience and effective flow of applicants
  • Coordinate Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition to identify key support needs with sourcing assignments
  • Maintain consistent and productive time management and communication
  • Schedule interviews on behalf of TA Team
  • Ensure all documentation in regard to candidate pipelines, sourcing efforts and scheduled interviews are maintained
  • Sustain accurate data collection and reporting on sourcing activity
  • To provide an excellent candidate experience and uphold departmental processes
  • Ensure all company HR-related policies and federal and state laws are applied consistently
  • Be a culture champion in both words and actions as you introduce future Memory Makers home to Broad River Retail
  • All duties as assigned to support effective hiring practices

Skills

  • High School Diploma
  • Strong cognitive skills required; including the ability to learn quickly, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously and be highly productive without needing much supervision
  • Excellent English and grammar skills
  • Ability to use business math concepts
  • Must be team-oriented, get along well with others, and demonstrate a high level of sensitivity and interest in people
  • Exhibit high degree of initiative and critical thinking skills to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, detail-oriented work environment
  • Self-motivated, good organizational skills, detail-oriented, ability to prioritize, multi-task and meet deadlines, and a positive attitude
  • Proficient in the use of Windows-based office software including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Staffing experience preferred
  • Bilingual Preferred
