Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced and driven individual to join our team as a Life Insurance Benefits Advisor. This is a full-time remote position that offers flexible work hours and ample opportunities for advancement into management roles. As a Life Insurance Benefits Advisor, you'll work with clients to understand their needs and provide valuable advice and protection to individuals and their families.
Key Responsibilities
As a Life Insurance Benefits Advisor, your key responsibilities will include:
* Contacting leads we provide to schedule virtual meetings with clients
* Presenting benefit programs to enroll new clients and cultivate relationships with them
* Collaborating with your manager to define clear objectives and goals, then achieving them through dedicated effort and determination
* Providing exceptional customer service and support to our client base
* Working with clients to understand their needs and provide valuable advice and protection to individuals and their families
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A laptop or computer with camera
* Possession of, or willingness to obtain an LLQP license
* Basic computer literacy is essential
* Must reside in North America
* A willingness to learn and be coached as we provide comprehensive training
* An outgoing and friendly personality with a positive and approachable demeanor
* A strong desire to help others and provide valuable advice and services
* Effective communication skills with the ability to connect with others
