Role Overview

As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing professional, personable, timely, and accurate responses to customers and field partners. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, handling a wide range of inquiries and concerns related to our luxury appliance brands. Your exceptional customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and negotiation skills will enable you to effectively resolve customer issues and provide a high level of satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers and field partners via phone, email, or other communication channels

  • Exhibit excellent communication skills to understand customer concerns, provide product troubleshooting, and recommend a course of action to resolve issues
  • Efficiently and simultaneously access and enter data in multiple software programs while conversing with callers
  • Answer use and care questions, educating customers on the optimal use and maintenance of our innovative products
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing a high level of customer service that includes negotiating to a mutually beneficial solution
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer service best practices

Training and Development

* Onsite training in Goodyear, AZ for 3 months, Monday - Friday (Month One: 8:00am - 5:00 p.m., Month Two: ¾ time with varied hours)

  • After initial training period, part-time schedule will be for 25-29 hours per week, with days and times varying each week

Essential Qualifications

* Exceptional customer service skills with a polished and professional style and delivery

  • Intermediate problem-solving and negotiation skills
  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree or other advanced education a plus
  • Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience required; product support experience preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Advanced education in a related field (e.g., business, communications, hospitality)

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Proficiency in multiple software programs and systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
