Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist – Remote Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing data entry tasks, and contributing to the overall success of our team. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, or chat

  • Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to resolve customer issues and escalate concerns when necessary
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and systems
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
  • Certification in data entry, customer service, or a related field
