Job Summary
As a Full Stack Data Analyst on our E2E Transportation team, you'll be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs. With your expertise in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling, you'll help us make data-driven decisions that shape the future of retail.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business decisions
- Develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven strategies
- Create data visualizations and reports to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders
- Develop and maintain dashboards and metrics to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for growth
- Develop and implement data quality and integrity processes to ensure data accuracy and reliability
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of innovation
Essential Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field
- Strong expertise in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker
- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
* Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field
- Experience with machine learning, natural language processing, or other advanced analytics techniques
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms such as Amazon Redshift, Google BigQuery, or Microsoft Azure
- Experience with data governance and data quality processes
