Responsibilities

As a part-time remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat

  • Processing transactions, including ticket sales, baggage fees, and other travel-related services
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including customer interactions and sales data

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
