Billing Systems Analyst

We are looking for a Billing System Analyst who will:

• Act as the first point of contact for incidents, performing initial validation, categorization, and prioritization, and ensuring proper routing to the appropriate teams with clear and complete technical information.

• Log into production environments to perform operational tasks, initial investigations, and basic issue resolution.

• Monitor system activities and alerts across multiple products, identifying issues and taking appropriate actions.

• Ensure end-to-end ticket governance by tracking progress, driving timely resolution, and maintaining clear and consistent communication with stakeholders, even when tickets are handled by other teams.

• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents, resolutions, and operational procedures.

• Support service performance tracking by monitoring service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).

• Extract, analyze, and interpret data from systems to support issue investigation and produce operational and performance reports.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Have experience in a technical support or operations environment, preferably with exposure to production systems.

• Have experience in telecommunications environments (preferred), with exposure to billing operations such as usage processing, rating, and invoicing cycles.

• Are comfortable working in production environments, performing operational tasks with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.

• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues, analyze system behavior, and interpret data.

• Have a solid understanding of systems, data flows, and application support concepts.

• Have experience working with data (e.g., extracting, analyzing, or validating data) to support troubleshooting and reporting.

• Demonstrate clear and professional communication in English with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Are organized, able to manage multiple priorities, and work effectively under pressure.

• Demonstrate a proactive mindset, taking ownership of issues and driving them through to resolution, while continuously identifying and driving service improvement opportunities.
