Responsibilities
- Building Connections: Turning "cold" introductions into "warm" relationships with local business owners in the Buffalo, NY market
- Winning the Day: Staying motivated to hit daily outreach goals and monthly sales targets
- Collaborating with Experts: Partnering with our internal recruiters to make sure the "perfect match" happens for our clients
- Being the Face of the Brand: Providing world-class service to your clients so they never want to work with anyone else
- Managing Your Path: Using our tech tools to stay organized, track your progress, and plan your next big win
Skills
- 1+ years in retail, hospitality, restaurant, staffing or customer service environments
- A 'Hunter' Mentality: You aren't afraid of a 'no'; you're motivated by the 'yes.'
- Communication Skills: You can talk to anyone, from a warehouse manager to a CEO
- Resilience: You've handled a 'dinner rush' or a 'Black Friday' and stayed calm under pressure
