About the Role

The Partner Success Coordinator at PSI supports the GMetrix business through daily operational tasks relating to the administration and implementation of content and service partners. This role reports to the Partner Success Manager.

This role is a full-time permanent position, flexible from Monday to Friday during typical office hours. This role can be performed remotely.

Role Responsibilities

  • Help setup partners and implement their products with the GMetrix systems.
  • Help coordinate projects and tasks with internal teams (marketing, operations, and development).
  • Maintain overall partner product health and viability, ensuring full offerings are enabled with necessary resources, then updating when needed.
  • Track and monitor projects for new product offerings and releases, while coordinating needs between internal and external users (partners, subject matter experts, and the content team).
  • Maintain sales enablement files for partner products.
  • Assist with general account management for partnership, coordinating reports, communications, and support needs.

Knowlege, Skills and Experience Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent education al level expected. Bachelor’s degree level preferred.
  • 1-2 years experience in client management, account management, program or project management, or a related field.
  • Experience using customer or development ticketing systems is preferred.
  • Experience with project management tools like Monday is preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or equivalent programs is required (spreadsheets, word processing, presentations, email, meeting/messaging platforms, etc.).
