Transition Requisition - SOM Associate Chair for Administration

As part of the SOM Associate Chair for Administration transition, we will be creating a new employment record for you. This on-line process is not an application for employment, but a way for us to collect information needed to set up your UNC Health employee record.

During this process, you will:

  • Review and acknowledge UNC Health’s employment statement

  • Share your education and work history
