We are looking for an Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This position will be full-time and remote.

What You’ll Do

• Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, niche job boards, and social media platforms, to identify and engage top technical candidates.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Market Research: Stay updated on trends in technical hiring and adapt strategies accordingly.
• Employer Branding: Promote the company’s employer brand to attract and retain top talent in the competitive tech space.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize recruitment analytics to improve hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

What You'll Need

Required:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 5+ years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in IT services, software, or technology domains.
• Proven expertise in recruiting for roles such as Software Engineers, Data Scientists, DevOps Engineers, Cloud Architects, and other tech positions.
• Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., Phenom, Workday).
• Familiarity with sourcing techniques such as Boolean searches etc.
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of programming languages, software development methodologies, and tech stack terminologies.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with candidates and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Negotiation: Skilled in offer negotiation and candidate management.
• Stakeholder Management: Ability to partner with hiring managers and leadership teams effectively.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address hiring challenges.
• Adaptability: Capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands

• Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions
• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.
• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
