Job Summary

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional support to our clients. Key Responsibilities

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including data entry, verification, and validation

• Investigate and resolve discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies in data
• Collaborate with the HR Consistency group to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and other tools to support data analysis and reporting
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement
• Provide exceptional support to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
• Develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, including HR, IT, and other departments
• Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes, industry developments, and best practices in data analysis and compliance

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, computer science, data analysis)

• 2+ years of experience in data entry, analysis, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Access, and Word
