Key Responsibilities

As a Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to policyholders and agents, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Independently solving problems relating to policies within scope and escalating others as appropriate
  • Identifying, analyzing, and owning customer policy needs to ensure high customer satisfaction, growth, and retention of business

Essential Qualifications

  • An active Producer insurance license, with at least 1 year of experience actively using the license
