About the Role

As a Part-Time Remote Chewy Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. You'll work closely with our veterinary partners to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide solutions to our customers' problems. You'll also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, following up on customer issues, and providing feedback to our team.

What You'll Do

As a Part-Time Remote Chewy Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Providing Exceptional Customer Service:

You'll work closely with our customers to resolve their issues, answer their questions, and provide solutions to their problems.

Maintaining Accurate Records:

You'll maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and chats.

Following Up on Customer Issues:

You'll follow up with customers to ensure that their issues are resolved and that they're satisfied with the outcome.

Providing Feedback:

You'll provide feedback to our team on customer interactions, including suggestions for improvement and areas for growth.

Working with Veterinary Partners:

You'll work closely with our veterinary partners to resolve customer issues, answer questions, and provide solutions to our customers' problems.

Essential Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent:

You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent to be considered for this role.

Customer Service Experience:

You'll need to have experience in customer service, either in a retail or call center environment.

Microsoft Office Skills:

You'll need to be proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Ability to Pass Background Check:

You'll need to be able to pass a background check to work with our customers' sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree:

A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business or communications, is preferred.

Customer Service Certification:

A customer service certification, such as the Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) designation, is preferred.

Experience with Veterinary Software:

Experience with veterinary software, including Chewy's proprietary software, is preferred.
