About the Role

As a Part-Time Remote Chewy Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. What You'll Do

As a Part-Time Remote Chewy Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

Providing Exceptional Customer Service:

You'll work closely with our customers to resolve their issues, answer their questions, and provide solutions to their problems.

Maintaining Accurate Records:

You'll maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including phone calls, emails, and chats.

Following Up on Customer Issues:

You'll follow up with customers to ensure that their issues are resolved and that they're satisfied with the outcome.
