Client Services Regional Manager

This position is remote that will cover areas across Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and California.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coach the CSR team by prioritizing team needs, providing guidance and accountability, fostering humility and passion, and driving continuous improvement and collaboration across teams.
  • Supervise and develop team members through hiring, training, monthly one-on-ones, performance management, and compliance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
  • Facilitate communication and alignment by leading regular CSR team meetings and collaborating with the TOG CS Technical Director and cross-functional partners.
  • Deliver exceptional client service by responding within 24 hours, understanding client goals, recommending appropriate products and services, and communicating results and solutions promptly.
  • Coordinate production and operations by identifying required information, managing production adjustments, and partnering with production teams to meet client objectives.
  • Resolve client issues proactively by consulting on client credit situations, finding win/win solutions, and maintaining accountability and process improvements across teams.
  • Build strong internal and external relationships to support trust, loyalty, efficient service delivery, and assistance with accounts receivable, agreements, and logistical coordination.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; emphasis in Animal Science, Agribusiness, or related field preferred.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in an agricultural related field is preferred.
  • Experience in bovine genetics, beef, or dairy production is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment as well as possess effective communication and people skills
