[Remote] Customer Support Agent

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Giraffe360 is a breakthrough camera technology company transforming how real estate content is created. They are seeking a Customer Support Agent to provide high-quality support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer queries in a timely, helpful and professional way
• Support customers with project, product and camera-related questions
• Troubleshoot issues and help find practical solutions
• Keep customers updated on progress and manage expectations clearly
• Work closely with Customer Success and other teams to share customer issues and feedback
• Categorize tasks and queries accurately within our support systems
• Maintain clear records and ensure follow-up actions are completed
• Support with additional projects or tasks as needed in a growing business

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• A customer-first mindset and a calm, professional approach
• Good problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, email and support systems
• Able to manage expectations and build positive customer relationships
• Reliable, proactive and organized in the way you work
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple priorities
• Able to adapt quickly and respond well to change
• Previous experience in customer support, service or another customer-facing role
• Experience using Intercom, Salesforce, Zendesk or similar systems
