P&C Licensed Customer Service Representatives

They are seeking a licensed Insurance Professional to join their Las Vegas team as a Customer Service Representative, where you'll manage a diverse book of business and provide exceptional service to clients.
Responsibilities
- Advocate for Clients: Provide exceptional service by understanding and meeting customer needs
- Be a Technical Expert: Handle policy endorsements, inspections, appraisals, and remarketing with confidence
- Solve Problems: Research and resolve inquiries about coverage, billing, and policy details
- Educate Clients: Guide customers on Auto, Homeowners, and Umbrella policies to help them make informed decisions
Skills
- High school diploma
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
- Strong typing and basic computer skills
- Must have an active P&C License in the State of Nevada
- Working knowledge of MS systems, i.e., MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook and MS Word
- Active Property and Casualty (P&C) Insurance License
- Experience in Personal Lines insurance (sales, servicing, or account management)
- Background in high-volume call centers or fast-paced brokerages
- Progress toward industry certifications like AINS, API, or CPCU
