[Remote] Backend Developer

They are seeking proficient programmers to develop and refine AI systems through coding challenges, app development, and data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Design and solve a variety of coding problems used to train and improve AI systems, with a focus on Android development when applicable
- Write clear, high-quality code snippets accompanied by detailed explanations to facilitate understanding and learning
- Assess AI-generated code for correctness, efficiency, and readability, providing constructive feedback to enhance model performance
- Contribute to the development of new coding challenges and datasets that improve AI learning capabilities
- Collaborate with the team to refine AI models based on coding evaluations and user feedback
- Participate actively in community discussions and knowledge sharing to foster continuous improvement
Skills
- Fluency in English at a native or bilingual level
- Excellent writing and grammatical skills to clearly communicate coding solutions and feedback
- Possession of a bachelor's degree, either completed or in progress
- Ability to evaluate AI-generated code for accuracy, performance, and clarity
- Preferred experience in Kotlin; proficiency in at least one of the following programming languages or frameworks: JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, C, C#, C++, React, Go, Java, or Swift
- Previous experience as a Software Developer, Coder, Software Engineer, or Programmer is preferred but not mandatory
