Responsibilities and Duties

As a Full Stack Data Entry Processor, you will be responsible for:

  • Performing Data Entry with High Accuracy: Accurately and efficiently enter data into our systems, meeting client requirements and deadlines.
  • Manual Identification of Forms: Manually identify and classify different types of forms, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Classifying Documents: Classify documents based on client requirements, using established procedures and guidelines.
  • Working on Multiple Tasks: Work on various tasks, including data entry, verification, and other DE tasks, as assigned by management.
  • Problem-Solving: Use your analytical skills to problem-solve and self-guide, ensuring the successful completion of tasks and projects.
  • Compliance with Company Policies: Comply with company policies and standards, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • High School Diploma: A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • 1-2 Years of Work Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a working environment, with a focus on office work and data entry.
  • Basic PC/Internet Skills: Introductory knowledge of Microsoft products, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
  • Strong Attention to Detail: A strong attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data and classify documents.
  • Excellent Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues.
