Job Summary

As a Part-time Customer Service Associate, you'll be responsible for responding to and resolving customer inquiries related to arenaflex products and services. You'll work closely with our customers to understand their needs, provide solutions, and ensure their satisfaction. This is a remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from home while being part of a dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to and resolve customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email

  • Provide professional and courteous customer support, ensuring a positive experience for our customers
  • Consistently meet or exceed agent metric standards for calls handled, adherence to schedule, ready/not ready time, and customer satisfaction
  • Quickly and accurately assess the urgency of customer requests and prioritize accordingly
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints involving confidential and financial information
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and other arenaflex departments and vendors
  • Provide feedback about the usability of our services based on customer interactions
  • Perform general clerical duties, including operating various departmental equipment, filing, answering phones, taking messages, and handling detail work

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED

  • Minimum of one year of banking or financial services experience in a customer service role
  • Previous contact center experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products, web browsers, and operating systems
