As an Overnight Live Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for:

- Providing critical customer support during late hours, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported
- Utilizing tools such as Facebook Messenger to engage with customers and resolve their queries
- Answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts to enhance the customer experience
- Maintaining a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions, even in the most challenging situations
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Access to a laptop, phone, or tablet with a reliable internet connection
