Job Description

As a Bilingual Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through live chat. You'll be the first point of contact for customers, answering their questions, resolving their issues, and promoting our products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns
  • Evaluating customer interactions and escalating issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
  • Building relationships with new customers to understand their needs and preferences
  • Responding to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and professionally
  • Promoting interest in client products and services
  • Consistently achieving established standards of the position
  • Continually portraying and projecting a positive and professional image
  • Providing administrative support to the customer service team
  • May assist with overflow work and other duties as needed

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or call center environment
  • Strong telephone etiquette and communication skills
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and software
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at once and adapt to different personalities
  • Bilingual skills in English and another language (Spanish, French, or Mandarin)
